"Wow, wow, wow — that's really all I need to say after Chris from FamilySafe visited this morning to clean our living and dining room carpets. Having owned a large dog, the carpet was beginning to show overall areas of everyday discolouration, especially in high traffic areas. Chris arrived promptly and set to work immediately. Just over 2 hours later, you would think we had had a new carpet fitted — it came up so clean, with renewed "tufts" where the areas had been trodden down. No chemical smells, no soppy carpet underfoot. A couple of hours later, the furniture is back in place and the rooms look amazing!"
